✨ Distant Healing Sessions are performed using Reiki symbols that enable the practitioner to send healing energy over time and space to those who need not be present in order to receive the healing energy.

✨ Along with Reiki, various crystals may be placed on and around a represenative of your physical and energetic bodies in order to promote an energetic shift or change; bringing you back to a place of balance and wholeness.

✨ Each crystal has their own unique healing qualities and energetic vibrations that work to heal you at a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level.
All The Details
1. Pick a time and date that works for you.
- since Reiki can be sent over time and space; to the past, present or future; the time you choose to receive the energy healing may be different from the time the practitioner sends the healing energy.

2. At your scheduled time, find a quiet place where you won't be disturbed for about an hour.
- find a quiet and cozy place to lie down. If you prefer to be in a seated position, that is perfectly ok too. The most important thing is that you are comfortable and free from distractions.
3. Keep an open mind and allow yourself to receive the healing energies that wish to contribute to your well-being.
- you may wish to play some relaxing music or a guided meditation to help you to feel more relaxed. Please note that sometimes it takes a bit to quiet the mind. This is perfectly ok:)
4. Possible Experiences:
- you may fall asleep during your session..this is ok! You will still receive the healing energies.
- you may feel heat, tingling, or even cooling sensations in the body. You may also feel yourself sighing, laughing, crying, twitching, etc during your session. Or you may just feel a deep sense of peace..or nothing at all! This is ok too!
- there is no right or wrong way...just go with the flow and allow yourself to receive in whatever way shows up for you. Each session is different depending on what the body, mind, and soul is requiring at the time of the session.
